This fantastic property which is located on the Majella National park contains about 500 kilometers of hiking trails through the mountains and cave paintings in Grotta del Cavallone. The villa has all the charm of rural Pescara such as humid subtropical climate and shoreline that extends for more than 20 km. Livestock are kept and crops including grain, olives, vines and fruit trees are grown in the region. Cheese and honey are also produced. Surrounded by 70,000 square meters of grassland and oak trees, the complex has a magnificent panorama. The Stone house has been restored whilst keeping the authentic features. The main house is on two levels, the ground floor has two entrances that lead into a living room with kitchen and bathroom. The first floor also has two entrances to a living room, kitchen with fireplace, 2 bedrooms (connected) with 2 additional bathrooms. A few meters away from the main building is a rustic studio. All of interiors are mostly brick with Stone walls, terracotta floors and ceilings with brick vaults or wooden beams and hand-made terracotta tiles. This spacious property enables comfortable accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The activities around the region are varied. Festivals in the town include: San Lorenzo- Grain feast - Patron festival, Majella Park Literary Award. The Pescara Jazz festival was the first music festival in Italy to be dedicated to Jazz and fast became the flagship of all Abruzzo festivals. The Living Museum of the Paleolithic has recently opened and testifies human activity in the area by the Neanderthals in the middle Ages. A little more than 10 km away is the center of Caramanico with its famous thermal baths.
