Hakan Okur      (Home Team)

I was born in 1972 in one of the small town by Mediterranean Sea. I grew up in Ankara. After graduating in Ankara University I started to work in travel business in Ankara & Istanbul. Then I moved to New York the big apple as of 1996. I studied in New York University as my major Travel & Tourism Management. After working one of the biggest cruise companies of the world as incoming operations manager as 5 years I moved back to Turkey in 2003 and started to work as real estate broker. Since then I have been working a  actively as licensed broker and serving European home buyers to make their dream life &  home real. In addition I have English translation license since 2008.




Yeliz Okur      (Home Team)

I was born on the most beautiful island Cyprus on Mediterranean Sea with its fantastic nature and history. After elementary school we moved to mainland Turkey and studied Japanese in Ankara University. While studying in the university I worked in travel and hospitality business. After university I went to United States and lived there for a year to get more experienced in my career. I have been working in real estate business since 2004. And a managing partner of Caria Estates I am responsible of public relations and personal assistant to our home buyers.

Kateryna Gannenko      (Home Team / Russia & Ukraine)  

My name is Kate and I was born in Ukraine. After graduating from National Aviation University Kiev I came to Cyprus. In 2014 I started my master program in tourism and hotel management in Cyprus International University. I fell in love with this island and decided to stay here. I worked in one of the prestigious construction company on the island as after sales manager. I had an extensive experience on after sales services and this position opened a new door for me. Now I am the part of Caria Estates International and proud of it. I am responsible of Russian speaking clients and countries. My goal is to help our customers to buy properties on Cyprus easiest and safest way and to make their investments profitable in short term and long term. I would be happy to share my knowledge and experiences with you.



Ann-Cahrlotthe Hubert      (Sweden & Norway)

I was born and raised in Gothenburg but has lived in Östergötland since 1988. For 25 years, I have been a self-employed entrepreneur in the fashion, interior and interior industry. Since 2010 I have worked as a real estate broker in Cyprus and Turkey. I help our customers find their dream home. Our motto is to help the customer throughout the purchase process and also with the purchase of furniture and other after sale services.





Magnus Öhlin      (Sweden & Norway)

I was born in Norrköping in 1959. My career began in the field of agriculture where I was self-employed for 20 years. In combination with the farm I used to sell lubricants, aerosols, oil and fuel additives, etc. For a 10 year period, I have run a self-sales agency in the small-scale business. The business involves marketing, calculation, design and sales directly to private customers.My current job is as real estate broker of holiday homes in Cyprus and Alanya in Turkey since 2010. We help all our customers with everything from real estate, furniture and furnishings, garden completion, property management and after-sales service etc. Our goal is always that the customer is always in focus and that we helps you throughout the purchase process.




Jussi Jääskeläinen      (Finland)

I was born in Kuopio, but most of my life I´ve lived in the capital area Helsinki. After my studies, I have worked for small and big companies and also as an entrepreneur. Later on, I moved on to carry out my true calling. To connect home sellers and buyers! I have worked as a licensed real estate broker in Finland for almost six years now. I am also a passionate traveler and always ready to follow the sun to explore the world and it´s different cultures. Nowadays, I also help people to fulfil their dreams to have a home in the sun in North Cyprus.



Rita Kohli      (Switzerland & Austria)

I live in Gossau ZH, Switzerland. My professional career has been varied. From working as a gardening expert to event management and sales, I have worked in all industries and acquired a great deal of human knowledge. I have been working as a real estate agent since 2009 in Switzerland & Austria and have been self-employed for 5 years. I passionately support my clients in realising their dreams and always try to generate win-win situations. It is important to us to make it possible for people to live in a perfect living situation, on holiday or when emigrating to Cyprus and to accompany them professionally through their purchase. My husband Leon Kohli runs the technical site. Together we are a dream team.


Natalia Tymchenko      (Ukraine / Cherkasy)

After graduating from the Kiev Polytechnic University I began my career as a design engineer at a large enterprise. A few years later Ukraine switched to a new economic model. I got a degree in economics and started working with securities. Exactly then I was interested in a dynamic and indomitable real estate market. And since May 2001, I have already worked in one of the best real estate companies in Ukraine, the «Real Estate Exchange Corporation», as an economist and analyst. Then an agent in commercial real estate, head of the commercial real estate department, managing partner. When I received a cooperation offer from Caria, I realized that I had to work in a team of real professionals in their field, full of energy and enthusiasm! Oksana Feshchenko      (Ukraine / Poltava)

My name is Oksana Feshchenko - I am the director of 'Contract Consulting Plus'. My company was created with the aim of providing the services of a consulting agency when buying real estate by the sea. That's why I recommend projects in Northern Cyprus. My family is not a fan of relaxing in hotels, so for comfort we bought an apartment. When I personally faced the procedure of inspecting objects, registering electricity and water in the public utilities, internet, buying furniture and household appliances, I realized how easy it can be with a team of professionals.
