Hakan Okur
Jeg ble født i 1972 i en liten by ved Middelhavet. Jeg vokste opp i Ankara. Etter eksamen ved Ankara University begynte jeg å jobbe i reiselivsbransjen i Ankara og Istanbul. Deretter flyttet jeg til New York i 1996. Jeg studerte ved New York University med hovedfag innenfor Travel and Tourism Management. Etter å ha jobbet 5 år i ett av de største cruise selskapene i verden som innkommende driftsleder (Incoming Operation Manager) flyttet jeg tilbake til Tyrkia i 2003 og begynte å jobbe som eiendomsmegler. Siden da har jeg jobbet aktivt som lisensiert megler og har bistått europeiske boligkjøpere til å realisere deres bolig og livs drøm. I tillegg til dette har jeg siden 2008 hatt lisens for engelsk oversettelse.
Yeliz Okur
Jeg ble født på den vakreste øya Kypros i Middelhavet med sin fantastiske natur og historie. Etter grunnskolen flyttet vi til Tyrkia, og jeg studerte japansk på Ankara universitet. Mens jeg studerte på universitetet jobbet jeg innen reiseliv. Etter universitetet dro jeg til USA og bodde der i et år for å bli mer erfaren i karrieren min. Jeg har jobbet innen eiendomsbransjen siden 2004. Som en administrerende partner av Caria Estates er jeg ansvarlig for PR og er personlig assistent til våre boligkjøpere.
Oguz Kiraz
Jeg ble født i 1990 og tilbragte min barndom i Alanya.. Etter gjennomføringen av mitt sertifikat program i Antalya planla jeg en språkrettet karriere. Jeg er utdannet ved Bilkent University hvor jeg fikk min BA i oversettelse og tolking. Etter eksamen fra universitetet jobbet jeg i et cruise selskap. Etter militærtjeneste jobbet jeg på tvers av ulike bransjer innenfor gjestfrihet, oversettelse og event management. For å fremme mine faglige kvalifikasjoner ønsker jeg å bruke min erfaring og kompetanse i Caria Estates.
Kateryna Gannenko (Home Team / Russia & Ukraine)
My name is Kate and I was born in Ukraine. After graduating from National Aviation University Kyiv I came to Cyprus. In 2014 I started my master's program in tourism and hotel management at Cyprus International University. I fell in love with this island and decided to stay here. I worked in one of the prestigious construction companies on the island as an after-sales manager. I had extensive experience in after-sales services and this position opened a new door for me. Now I am a part of Caria Estates International and proud of it. I am responsible for Russian-speaking clients and countries. My goal is to help our customers to buy properties in Cyprus easiest and safest way and to make their investments profitable in short term and long term. I would be happy to share my knowledge and experiences with you.
Ann-Cahrlotthe Hubert (Sweden & Norway)
I was born and raised in Gothenburg but have lived in Östergötland since 1988. For 25 years, I have been a self-employed entrepreneur in the fashion, interior and interior industries. Since 2010 I have worked as a real estate broker in Cyprus and Turkey. I help our customers find their dream homes. Magnus Öhlin (Sweden & Norway)
I was born in Norrköping in 1959. My career began in the field of agriculture where I was self-employed for 20 years. In combination with the farm, I used to sell lubricants, aerosols, oil and fuel additives, etc. For a 10 year period, I have run a self-sales agency in a small-scale business. The business involves marketing, calculation, design, and sales directly to private customers. My current job is as a real estate broker of holiday homes in Cyprus and Alanya in Turkey since 2010. We help all our customers with everything from real estate, furniture and furnishings, garden completion, property management, and after-sales service, etc. Our goal is always that the customer is always in focus and that we help you throughout the purchase process.
Jussi Jääskeläinen (Finland)
I was born in Kuopio, but most of my life I´ve lived in the capital area of Helsinki. After my studies, I have worked for small and big companies and also as an entrepreneur. Later on, I moved on to carry out my true calling. To connect home sellers and buyers! I have worked as a licensed real estate broker in Finland for almost six years now. I am also a passionate traveler and always ready to follow the sun to explore the world and its different cultures. Nowadays, I also help people to fulfill their dreams to have a home in the sun in North Cyprus.
